These terms govern your use of the website and services provided by Gharama Cloud Limited ("Gharama Cloud", "we", "us"). By using the services you agree to them. If you use the services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for it.
The service
Gharama Cloud provides cloud cost analysis, automated reporting and related consulting. During early access, features may change and some may be offered on a trial basis.
Your responsibilities
- Only connect cloud accounts you, or the clients you act for, are authorised to connect.
- Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
- Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or disrupt its operation.
Your data
You keep all rights to the data you and your clients provide. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Recommendations
Cost analysis and savings recommendations are provided for information. Decisions about changes to cloud resources, and their consequences, remain yours and your clients'.
Fees
Fees, if any, are set out in your order or agreement with us. Consulting engagements are agreed separately.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your accounts. We may suspend access if these terms are breached. On termination we delete billing data we hold for your connections.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
