One stack. Read-only. Revocable.
Your client (or you, on their behalf) deploys a single CloudFormation stack in the AWS billing account. It sets up everything we need and nothing more.
What the stack creates
- A standard AWS billing export (FOCUS 1.2, Parquet) into an S3 bucket the client owns
- A read-only IAM role that only Gharama Cloud can assume, with a unique External ID
- Permission to read that export and AWS cost-optimisation recommendations
What it doesn't do
- No access keys or passwords are shared
- No write, delete or configuration access to workloads
- No agents or software installed on servers
- Deleting the stack revokes our access immediately
Billing exports usually start arriving within 24 hours. Historical data can be backfilled by AWS on request.
